Public Private Partnership (P3) Development Model
A Public Private Partnership is a contractual agreement between a public agency (federal, state, or local) and a private sector entity.
Project Location
The New City Hall and City Hall Parking Garage shall be located in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of NE 123rd Street and NE 8th Avenue.
Project Phases
Phase I includes the design, construction, financing, operations,
and maintenance of a New City Hall and City Hall Garage
RFP for Selecting a Developer
The City will be seeking Proposals from experienced and
qualified Developers with the necessary resources, capacity, qualifications..
