The revitalization of North Miami's Downtown will connect the City's leadership of the South Florida region as a center of arts and culture. All the North Miami Community will enjoy new shopping, dining, and employment opportunities. A new government center will allow improved interaction between residents and community leaders.

A contractual agreement between a public agency (federal, state, or local) and a private sector entity. Through this agreement, the skills, and assets of each sector (public and private) are shared in delivering a service or facility for the use of the general public.

A P3 allows the public sector to contract with the private sector to design, construct, finance, operate, and maintain a publicly owned asset for a set period of time, in return for a set payment from the public sector for a set time.

The Public-Private Partnership procurement model will allow North Miami to realize a new City Hall and sense of community center faster.  It will also ensure that new facilities are well maintained for the future with a strong private partner providing world-class service all protected by a P3 contract.

A new City Hall, delivered as a P3, will allow North Miami to get a state-of-the-art public facility faster while locking in the upkeep of the building for the long term.

New commercial development in the hearth of North Miami will bring new jobs, housing, and commerce all to the benefit of the residents of the city.  Connecting this new development with the new government facilities will allow the city to have more control over all aspects of this new growth.

New modern parking structures will provide visitors to North Miami's new downtown with safe and secure options to access new shopping, dining, and work possibilities.  These parking facilities will be well maintained and proved easy access to all that downtown North Miami has to offer.
