Phase I RFP for Selecting

a Developer

The City will be seeking Proposals from experienced and qualified Developers with the necessary resources, capacity, qualifications, and licenses to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a new city hall for the City of North Miami, an adjacent parking structure serving New City Hall staff and the general public, and all infrastructure necessary to support both, the New City Hall and the City Hall Parking Garage.

A qualified private development consortium will:

Design and construct the new City Hall over a period
of 24 months;

Operate and maintain the new City Hall over a period of 30 years;

Finance entire cost of the Project over the 30-year term;

Receive an Annual Availability Payment in return.

The city retains ownership, at all times, of City Hall and parking garage.
