Reimagining Downtown NoMi

The City of North Miami is breathing new life into our 9-acre downtown area to build a vibrant, active, and thriving city center for all of our residents, businesses, and visitors. Anchored by a new City Hall, expansion to the Police Station, expansion to the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) and parking garage(s), the multi-phase reimagining of Downtown NOMI aims to create an energized and walkable downtown area that will bring together community, culture, and commerce.
